Painting and simple cosmetic updates we understood, but we did not fully understand to need to stage our home. But we took her advice and got it all done. Did it work? Once the house was listed, we had a continuous flow of showings. We became pros at loading up 4 dogs at a moment’s notice and disappearing for a few hours. Always keeping the house perpetually ready. Once 500 Lincoln went up "for sale", things happened very quickly. Both Nancy and Scott made sure I was included in every aspect, and discussion regarding the sale. The sale of a home today is much more complicated than I thought. The last thing you need is somebody coming back to you, after the sale for any reason.
