Sold a Single Family home in 2015 in Mullica Hill, NJ. Long before we were ready to sell our home, we had Nancy do a walk-through and listened to her recommendations. Painting and simple cosmetic updates we understood, but we did not fully understand to need to stage our home. But we took her advice and got it all done. Did it work? Her knowledge of the current market and the information I needed to know to downsize assisted us in finding a home having looked for several months. It was not an easy market during our search and I feel without having talked to Nancy we would still be looking.
