Sold a Single Family home in 2015 in Mullica Hill, NJ. Long before we were ready to sell our home, we had Nancy do a walk-through and listened to her recommendations. Painting and simple cosmetic updates we understood, but we did not fully understand to need to stage our home. But we took her advice and got it all done. Did it work? Once the house was listed, we had a continuous flow of showings. We became pros at loading up 4 dogs at a moment’s notice and disappearing for a few hours. Always keeping the house perpetually ready. We wound up with not one, but two offers and in December!! Not only that, but the offers were right where she told us to expect. That meant buying our new home was also free of stress.
